Equipment Needed

  • Yoga Mat
  • One Pair of Dumbbells (I’m using 10lb weights, but feel free to start with 8lb-5lb, you can always go through the program again w/ heavier the next time).
  • A Sturdy Chair or Step or Stool (about 14-18inches high)
